We are looking for a Creative Junior Producer / Traffic Co-coordinator to join our Graphics Department. You will need 1-2 years producing / traffic experience in an agency or in-house creative studio environment along with incredible organisational skills, discipline and a love for talking to people as this role is all about managing relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2-3 years agency, or in-house studio experience in a traffic /creative producer role
  • Experience of managing multiple requests, from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage the process with conviction
  • With excellent attention to detail, but also able to see the bigger picture
  • Able to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Skills

  • Strong organisational and Excel skills, as you will be dealing with up to 600 samples through the department per day
  • Experience in diary management and scheduling
  • You will need tight time management skills as well as a proactive and flexible approach to any tasks undertaken
  • A keen eye for detail and a regimented approach to administration is crucial to this role
  • You must be a keen and effective multi-tasker. Ambition to work in a fast paced growing company is essential, as is a desire to take on new responsibilities and grow a team and, assisting other team members when necessary.
